摘要:Theoretical Concepts and Case Review of Business Ethics of PT Dirgantara Indonesia (1960 -2007).The purposes of this article is to draw a theoretical review of business ethics issue base on business ethics theories used to measure an ethical violation in an enterprise.This articles use PT Dirgantara Indonesia (PT DI) ethical case during the period of 1960 to 2007.Qualitative approach is employed to explore and to review ethical violations in PT DI.It is clearly found that PT DI management did ethical violations on their policies in the year of 1995 to 2007.The violence is measured base on theoretical ideal conditions.Furthermore, it is also found that individuals’ moral motive in the organization could be a good driver on ethical implementation in an organization.
