摘要：In aerospace industry there is a situation, when it is not possible to use liquid cooling of cutting zone, because we have special material or special construction. How often in that case used air fluent, but it has some problems with life cycle tools, quality and cutting time. For solving these problems was use the vortex effect, it was open less than one hundred years ago. The unit for making vortex effect is could vortex tube. It was done the design the vortex tube of air cooler system for cutting using some researching [1-5]. Some experimental dates gave verification.
