  • 摘要:Suitable for peony seed coat as raw material extraction method of total flavonoids, optimize its extraction process conditions. The effects of the enzyme type, concentration, digestion incubation temperature, incubation time and pH factors on the extraction process, and on the basis of single factor experiment, process optimization by orthogonal experiment method. Investigation results showed that pec-tinase 0.05 mg/mL, enzymatic incubation temperature 45 □, pH 4.5 were incubated hydrolysis conditions 180min, the total flavonoids yield up to 74.839 mg/g, with respect to ethanol Peony seed coat extraction yield of flavonoids increased significantly.
