摘要:Enzyme assisted ethanol extraction of luteolin in peony episperm was optimized in this investigation. The effects of factors including enzymolysis temperature, enzyme content, enzymolysis pH, en-zymolysis time, ethanol concentration, solid-to-liq-uid ratio, extraction temperature, extraction time on the extraction rates of luteolin were explored by single-factor and orthogonal test. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were after en-zyming pretreatment in the conditions of pectinase content 0.05 mg mL"1, enzymolysis temperature 45〇C, enzymolysis pH 4.5,enzymolysis time 180 min, then 80% ethanol to extract for 2 times with extraction time 4min and liquid-to-solid ratio 10:1, luteolin extraction was up to 3.241 mg g"1. Compared with the traditional ethanol extraction, the luteolin yield was improved by 4.3 times.
