摘要：Due to the features (multi-agent、cross-region、multi-module) of Technology Innovation Alliance, the management problem related to profit allocation is emerging. According to the situation technology innovation influences the marginal revenue and the market demand of products, this paper establishes the game model of the Technology Innovation Alliance consisting of an upstream enterprise and a downstream enterprise in industrial chain. Based on the three league mode(no-league、half-league、all-league), we study the profit distribution range of the upstream and downstream enterprises in industrial chain.Key words: Technology Innovation Alliance; Industrial chain; Profit allocation; Game theory
