摘要:AbstractStringent diesel tailpipe emission regulations have required various exhaust after-treatment systems (EATS) to meet the emissions. The properties of the engine exhaust gases play an important role in the EATS, for example in the performance and lifetime. In this work, the air-path control of a Diesel engine using a technique called Model Predictive Control (MPC), includes EATS requirements for a step towards a combined engine and EATS optimized operation.
