摘要：It is commonly recognized that knowledge is the only source of core competence in the knowledge based companies, but the productivity rate of knowledge workers is always low. Based on knowledge workers’ characteristics, this paper identified factors influencing the productivity of knowledge workers and then presented improvement strategies of productivity. Finally, it selected the best strategy using fuzzy analytical network process (FANP) approach. It is hoped that this paper will help managers to implement different corresponding measures. Three case studies are presented in this paper.
