摘要:A novel disposable strip which included filtration membrane, reaction film, absorbent pad, substrate and plastic card was designed to detect proteins on site. Protein samples percolated through the filtration membrane, a protein-dye complex was generated by the quick binding reaction between the passed protein and the dye Coomassie Brilliant Blue G-250 which was adsorbed in the reaction film. Meanwhile, the film color turned from brownish red to blue. The deeper blue film was obtained in an increased protein concentration-dependent manner. Experimental results demonstrated that the protein concentrations were proportional to b values of the L a b color system. A favorable linearity was presented in the range of 0.1 to 1000 μg/ml, and the correlation coefficient (r) was -0.987. The whole testing time needed was about in 2 min at room temperature, and the strip could meet the need of the field detection of proteins.
