摘要:Stress has been found to increase anxiety and depression in individuals, and to increase anger and violence in society. Further, stress has been shown to negatively affect learning. The purpose of this article is to introduce and propose an integrated management educational model to teach stress reduction skills to management students as part of their courses. This article suggests that a holistic approach to dealing with stress will be both beneficial to students and will enhance learning. This article integrates and applies three major stress management techniques into the main model – creative arts interventions, relaxation training, and mindfulness based stress reduction. Suggestions and recommendations for future research are finally presented.
