摘要:It was aimed to examine in this study the organizational citizenship behaviors and organizational communications of teachers working in the primary schools in Aydin Province of Turkey. The sampling consisted of 330 teachers (179 males, 151 females). The “organizational citizenship behavior (OCB)” Scale and the “organizational communication survey (OCS)” were used as data collection tools in the study. The percentage distributions, analyses of variance and correlation were implemented in the evaluation of the data. The findings at the conclusion of the study determined that the organizational citizenship behaviors of the teachers were at an average level and that teachers had the perception that a conflict was not experienced in the institution from the aspect of organizational communications.
