摘要:Organizational learning capacity and innovativeness concepts are accepted as the factors that provide competitive advantages in metalworking industry. In this study, a model has been constructed which shows that organizational learning capacity has an effect on innovativeness and financial performance; and in accordance, the innovativeness has an effect on the financial performance. In consequence, we have reached that organizational learning affects innovativeness and financial performance and hence innovativeness affects the financial performance.
