Actions of Domestic Violence can happen to anyone, including mothers, fathers, wives, husbands, domestic servants even though the child. In children who suffered domestic violence act is not uncommon to experience physical injuries and mental disorders. Ironically, according to data available in all institutions that handle issues of violence against children or those who provide guidance on the victim, indicated that child abuse continues to increase every year and the severity of the perpetrators of that violence most often committed by people nearby. Referred to the nearest person who might have family or parents and peers (peer group), domestic violence is abuse of power by one family member to other family members that violate individual rights or civil liability. Forms hardness can be a fulfillment of child neglect, physical abuse, verbal abuse, emotional, or sexual violence. Impact of domestic violence acts experienced by children can cause avoidance behavior, in which avoidance behavior is a form of avoidance behaviors are characterized by feelings of isolation and feelings of loneliness are also combined with a feeling of fear of humiliation and rejection from others. Dimension of avoidance behave as behavior that looks (behavioral appearance), interpersonal behavior (interpersonal conduct), self-perception (self-perception), affective expression (affective expression), cognitive models (cognitive style), and basic defense mechanisms (primary defense mechanism). The purpose of this study is to determine the forms of domestic violence experienced by the subject, how avoidance behavior in subjects who experience domestic violence and the causes avoidance behavior on the subject. In this study, the authors use qualitative methods with the approach of case study research because qualitative methods suitable for use on the problems that aims to explore the life of a person or a person's behavior in daily life and by using case study approach because there are complex problems in subjects who wanted to study and the authors expect that method can obtain satisfactory results on all matters related to this research. The subjects used in this study were a 7-year-old girl who experienced domestic violence. Data collection techniques in this research are to use a method of interviewing and observation on the subject and significant other. In the process of interviewing and observation, researchers completed the interview guide and observation guide and a tape recorder to help the process of collecting data. After doing research, it can be concluded that in the case of the subject, the subject has undergone some form of domestic violence made by his parents, a waiver of fulfilling the needs of children, verbal abuse, emotional, and physical violence. Impact of violence / rejection experienced by subjects were the cause of avoidance behavior, which avoidance behavior can be seen from several dimensions, such as the behavior of subjects who looked (behavioral appearance), interpersonal behavior (interpersonal conduct), self-perception (self-perception), affective expression (expression affective), cognitive models (cognitive style), and basic defense mechanisms (primary defense mechanism). Avoidance behaves on the subject due to the violence factor / rejection from parents and peers (group of peer).
