In developmental psychology that much talked about someone's personality is formed on the basis of childhood. Developmental processes that occur in a child combined with what is experienced and accepted during children gradually allows him to grow and become adult human berkembangan. Moral is a doctrine of good and evil deeds and moral conduct, obligations, and so forth. In a set of moral works which are very good and needs to be done, and a deed which was considered not good and should be avoided. Moral associated with a person's ability todistinguish between the act of right and wrong. Thus, also the underlying moral and controlling someone in the act and bertingkahlaku. So there are six stages of moral development ie pre-conventional stage, the stage of post-conventional and conventional stages. It also said that everyone will experience a gradual moral development from stage one to stage six. But not everyone can reach the sixth stage. Each shows the direction of moral development / specific orientation, individuals who are at particular stages will provide answers or arguments in accordance with the orientation. the more visible acts of moral responsibility. The more a person approached the stage, the more a person is at higher moral stages. The purpose of this study was to obtain in-depth description and explanation of how the moral of the subject child aged 15 - 18 years, why the moral subject like that, how the moral of the subject. The subjects used in this study is an adolescent females aged 15 -18 years. Data collection techniques in this research is to use a method of interviewing and observation on the subject and significant other. In the process of interviewing and observation, the researchers equipped with a guidance interview and observation guide and a tape recorder to help the process of collecting data. After doing research, it can be concluded that in the case of subjects, subjects judge an act is good if he can lease others, is seen from the subject that is always willing to help his friends just because they are always subject to be his friend. Subject view of social rules and as something that must be maintained and preserved, it is highly visible from the subject to maintain social relationships, especially with the subject establishes his friends. Individuals are still using an external standard (a gift or a punishment) but also has a certain internal standard.
