  • 摘要:Keyword: Keywords: achievement, math lesson.Abstrack:ABSTRACT:Every time often encountered low academic achievement in mathematics. The low academic achievement of mathematics can be influenced by many different things one of which is anxiety toward math. Therefore, researchers interested in studying the relationship between anxieties in dealing with math subjects with mathematics academic achievement in adolescents. This study aims to examine the extent to which the relationship between anxiety in dealing with math subjects with academic achievement. Subjects of research used by researchers is the male and female students in class XI of State High School (SMU) 1 Babelan Bekasi. The sample used in XI class is 84 people. Where sampling of the population is by using purposive sampling.Methods of data collection in this research is to use the enclosed questionnaire method by providing a checklist. To measure anxiety in the face of mathematics is to use the anxiety scale derived from the components of anxiety that in put forward by Dacey (2000). Meanwhile, to see the academic achievement of mathematics used X-semester grade report cards 2. The result of this research note the value of the validity of the anxiety scale in dealing with math subjects moving from the value of 0.301 up to 0.538 and the reliability of 0.824. Based on the results of data analysis using the Pearson correlation technique (1-tailed) found a correlation coefficient of r %3D - 0221 with significance level of 0.022 (p
