摘要:Key Word : efforts, employee, productivity, workABSTRACT :This study aims to determine how the characteristics of team building given tothe employees of PT. X, how the process of improving labor productivitythrough team building training, and why team building can improve workproductivity. Subjects in this study are employees of PT. X. Operations Section.This research uses a qualitative approach. Subjects in this study are employeesof PT. X operations, amounted to 2 people and team building training. Datacollection tool used guided interview techniques and non-participantobservation. The results of this study showed that team building is enough tocontribute both to the impact employee performance to increase employeeproductivity. Through team building subjects can be trained to build betterrelationships with members and with other employees, to minimize conflictwithin the team and how to form a solid team. Besides the subject of teambuilding training to build better interpersonal. This is evident from how thesubject socialize with employees and mutual support to each other in identifyingthe problem.
