This scientific writing, entitled Analysis of ConsumerSatisfaction Against Service In House Laundry Wash Waste Electra. Wherediscussed in this analysis five critical dimensions that affect the quality ofcustomer service which consists of reliability analysis, keresponsifan,confidence, empathy, and tangible. With chi-square aalisa count which isobtained from the fifth dimension is that the chi square value of more than37,813 calculating the chi square table 26,296 With a confidence level of Ho inrejected and Ha accepted. That consumers in Laundry Wash Waste ElectraHouse was satisfied with the service.
