摘要:Scientific writing was aimed to determine the allocation of employees at thecompany Risquna Furniture. Data used by the owner of the company based onthose assessments of employee performance results in performing its duties. Themethod used is hunganrian methods with the aim of proper placement ofemployees in order to maximize the results of the employee. From thecalculation, we obtain a value of the work amounted to 445. hence candisimpilksan that assessment of the employees were optimal and the use ofHungarian in the placing employees under employment are in accordance withperformace the empoyee field, to maximize ability of employees to achieveoptimum employee performance.
