摘要：Advances in technology and ease the resulting technologies are also causingconsumers to find a place that provides practical and fast service, one example isthe mini market. In the mini market to consumers given the ease of shopping,with the location and arrangement of goods according to its type and the roomcomfortable and the price already printed on each item to make consumers feelno need to bother with the transaction are also bargaining with the ministry ofthe fastest services and friendly. Scientific writing, entitled Analysis OfConsumer satisfaction Alfa Services Tevet Mart aims to determine whetherthere is influence between the service with customer satisfaction. To investigatethese authors use the correlation coefficient method and test hypotheses and tofind out how much influence they sought to use the rating scale.
