  • 摘要:The problem faced by the increasingly complex human resources. One suchemployee discipline problems that are still low, including customs employeeswho often arrived late and high levels of absenteeism or often skipping work.Although the oversight on this issue is still being done, but the diversion ofdiscipline is still common. So the problem is how the efforts made by companiesin improving discipline of employee. With make sense of work discipline on theemployees, it would greatly affect the production of a company. Because the PT.MARI RASA SARI MURNI sense of discipline has not fully materialized, thecompany tried to bring discipline to the granting of incentives, so that it canreduce employee habits that interfere with the stability of the companysproduction.. It is seen from the decrease in absenteeism compared with the yearsbefore the existence of incentives. And also increase production of the company.
