摘要：A company wishing to develop or expand their business activities would need toconsider various things into the opportunities and obstacles in the developmenteffort. The feasibility study on the company can prepare for how best to run thebusiness, and so as not already invested in that business was not profitable orwill have negative effect on the company's growth. Companies discussed in thispaper engaged in document copying services, usually called Copy. And thepurpose of this paper is the feasibility of an investment in the business ofTakeda Jaya photocopy services. To determine the feasibility of investment inphotocopy services business, the investment appraisal carried out by using fivemethods, namely Payback Period (PBP), the Net Present Value (NPV), InternalRate of Return (IRR), Profitability Index (PI), and Average Rate of Return(ARR).. The calculation is done as a consideration, whether the business isphotocopying services appropriate to proceed or not. From the results ofcalculations using the method of NPV, Payback Period, Internal Rate of Return,Profitability Index and ARR then, the writer concludes that the cultivation ofinvestment in business services copying Ashabul Kahf feasible. And the ownerof the company is also expected to further increase their income by expandingtheir business.
