摘要：Key Words : feasibility, investment, analysisABSTRACT :In this scientific research, the writer discussed about Business Feasibility onUmmi 18 Home Industry. Ummi 18 wanted to make a new infestment in herbusiness by using feasibility business methods were Payback Priod (PP), NetPresent Value (NPV) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR). The aim of thisresearch was to analyze the feasibility of new investment on Ummi 18 HomeIndustry, beside of that to avoid an excessive capital investment that was notprofitable for Ummi 18 Home Industry. In In doing a business, generally therewere several methods that could be used to find out the profit of a newinfestment. The methods were the Payback Period method. This method wasused to measure how fast the investment can be returned with the results of timeunits, the NPV method was a method that calculate the difference between thevalue of present investment with the present value of net cash receipts that willbe increased compare with the present investment value, and an IRR methodwas the interest rate that will make the present value of expected net revenuewill be accepted equal to the value of the present value of capital expenditures.Of the three methods, the investment business for a new branch of Ummi 18Home Industry can be accepted
