摘要：ABSTRACT :Balanced scorecard is a system of management, measurement, control, thatrapidly, accurately and comprehensively can provide insight to managers aboutbusiness performance. This concept the company introduced a measurementsystem using the criteria of the criteria is a translation of the vision and strategyfor companies that are classified into the four perspectives, namely financialperspective, customer perspective, internal business processes, and learning andgrowth perspective. To assess how the performance of the company, the authorsuse data - data obtained from PT Aneka Tambang in the form of corporatebalance sheets and profit and loss. From the result, the company can be said tobe good and the company should begin to create and implement a balancedscorecard analysis system so that company performance can be measured moreleverage and better.
