摘要:Keyword: Keyword : Satisfaction, Services, Bakmi Aisy Depok Abstrack:ABSTRACT : Customer Satisfaction is feeling happy or disappointed someone as a result of the comparison between the achievements or products are perceived and expected. Quality service is the expected level of excellence and control over the level of excellence to meet customer desires. In addition to the development ekonami at this present moment will bring a considerable impact in the business world, especially fast food. In terms of facing competition in the business world, Bami Aisy trying to create good service and tastes that are different from other similar businesses. Therefore, according to this writer is interested to analyze the level of satisfaction felt by consumers in Bami Aisy in Depok.In this research, writer use method Likert scale tests and chi square where the author gives kuisisoner the contents of questions to be answered by respondents (consumers). From these results, it can be concluded that consumers were satisfied with the services provided by Bami Aisy in Depok, especially in terms of taste tempting food to consumers, this can be seen from the many consumers who datangtiap day.
