摘要:Human Resource Development is good, and lasted only be done according toexpectations, if every component and function memendang organizationaldevelopment for the Human Resources efforts, not just supporting elements, butrather an integral part of the process each of these organizations function.Problems in scientific writing is the extent to which the implementation ofreward and punishment policy can be implemented and the extent of itsinfluence on the performance of an auditor Inspectorate on the InspectorateGeneral of Ministry of Agriculture, which during the (± 42 years) since itsestablishment has not completely implement a policy of reward and punishment.The purpose of scientific writing is to know how far the influence of rewardsand punishments on the performance of an auditor Inspectorate on theInspectorate General of Ministry of Agriculture and what obstacles encounteredin implementing the policy of rewards and punishments.. Processing and dataanalysis conducted dengananalisis descriptive and quantitative analysis. Resultsof data analysis and discussion can be seen that the implementation of rewardand punishment policy can affect an increase in auditor performanceInspectorate on the Inspectorate General of Ministry of Agriculturesignificantly. The conclusion of this paper is that the implementation of rewardsand punishments kebijakaan by the Inspectorate General of the Department ofAgriculture may affect auditor performance improvement yet still needimprovements in their operations. Advice can be given to improvements in thefuture are any policies in an organization, prior to implementation to be doneprior to the socialization of all employees and prepare all devices that supportthe smooth and steady policy is planned.
