摘要：Every company must have a goal to maximize value and profit employers, forwhich a forecast or prediction of the future which provided the basis for amanager to take a good decision, very much needed so that the company canachieve that goal. Therefore the writer wanted to try to forecast sales revenue ofPT.. And with the trend of the least squares method (least square) using theequation y1 = 21 397 0392 (x) produces a forecast for the month of March 2007amounted to Rp16.301 billion, the month of April 2007 amounted to USD 15517 billion, the month of May 2007 amounted to USD 14 733 billion, June 2007amounted to USD 13 949 billion, the month of July 2007 amounted to USD 13165 billion, and the months of August 2007 amounted to USD 12 381 billion,with an average absolute deviation (MAD) and root mean squared error (RMSE)of USD 2658 billion during the prediction for March 2006 until February 2007.
