摘要:Scientific writing was aimed to identify consumers assessment of eachdimension of the image of Giant and Giant overall image in the eyes ofconsumers, who are in JL. Margonda Raya, Depok. By using chi squre test andLikert scale. The data used are primary data, where data was taken by filling thequestionnaire directly to the consumer. The sample in this study were 100consumers who had shopped at Giant. Dimensions consisting of servicedimensions, dimensions of product quality, product selection dimensions,dimensions of the retail atmosphere, the dimension of comfort and pricedimensions result of each dimension as well as across all dimensions based onthe Likert most otherwise agreed by the customer and based on the chi squaretest has the effect of significantly to the assessment of the Giant image in theeyes of consumers. This is shown by X-count value of each dimension and theoverall dimensions larger than the X-table.
