  • 摘要:Key Words : customers, customer satisfaction, producersABSTRACT :Customer satisfaction is very important for producers to look and see ifconsumers are satisfied or not with the services provided by DK Music Studio inPalmerah and the author conducted field research in the form of interviews(interviews) and the distribution of questionnaires (questionnaire) in 60respondents consisting of 12 questions in 5 possible answers. The writers useChi Square method to find out how much customer satisfaction level of servicesprovided by Studio Music DK. From the results of hypothesis obtained from thecalculated value of Chi square 63.49 greater than the critical value of 13.277 isHo refused and Ha is received, which means that consumers are satisfied withDK Music Studio service in Palmerah
