摘要：Right decision making in an enterprise is an important thing that must beconsidered, especially the decisions that directly affect the survival of thecompany. The decisions made have a strong foundation so that it can beaccounted for. One tool that can be used to make the right decision is to useaccounting information, accounting information such as the differential inshort-term decision making. In this context, the research is intended to assistCV. SAN in order to take appropriate decisions to accept or reject specialorders. Research carried out by utilizing the existing accounting information andthen processed and analyzed so that a conclusion can be drawn right. In a studyof CV. SAN obtained income differential is greater than the cost differentialincurred.. But if there is the opposite where the income differential is less thanthe cost differentials, the opposite is the company refused to special order. key words : company, decision, order
