摘要：Network analysis consists of three basic stages of planning, scheduling, andcontrol. Network analysis is a method capable of providing information to managers for planning and controlling of project activities to be conducted. Network analysis method is used to describe the activities of the pathways of production processes light a fire extinguisher in the form of a diagram known as a network diagram or network diagram. Scientific writing is made to determine the production efficiency in terms of processing time. To obtain objective data and accurately the writer uses field research methods that include observation and interview. And use analytical tools and Quantitative Descriptive As in scientific writing is the writer trying to find the total time and work on the critical path of making light of fire extinguishers, the importance of the time for 1601 minutes or 26 hours 41 minutes or 3 days 2 hours 41 minutes faster than with the time set by the company for 1636 minutes or 27 hours 16 minutes or 3 days 3 hours 16 minutes using normal time, so as to achieve effective time in work efficiency.
