摘要：To optimize the level of sales, the Company may use the installment sales orloan is often referred to as sales, ie sales that way payment is done in stages orgradual. In addition to calculating income installment sales, the company alsotakes into account the interest expense to total earnings in installment contracts.In the discussion of the amount of interest will be calculated using a Flat, LongEnd Interest, Short End Interest, and annuitet to see which method moreappropriate for use by the company. From the calculation of the specimen wasobtained through field study on PT. RAMARAYO Motor, the result comparisonbetween the interest calculation method, Flat, Long End Interest, Short EndInterest, and the method Annuitet. From these data, note that the methodprovides flat rate that is greater than the method of Long End Interest, Short EndInterest, or Annuitet.. This also makes it easy for consumers to calculate thepayments that they should do, because the amount they must pay for each periodof the same size while the other method if the amount is fixed.
