摘要：Every company in running its business requires adequate facilities andinfrastructure both in terms of her capital as well as various other supportingfacilities. The Company has a goal in its activities that is getting the maximumprofit in its operations. One supporter of the company's operations are fixedassets which are always used in running the company.. Based on the calculationshave been done then we concluded that the companies should use the decliningbalance method because it has proven to be more profitable if linked by earningsin the final year of depreciation for the company.
