摘要:Competition is increasingly competitive in today's business world requirescompanies to survive (survive). Performance is a measure of the success ofevery business. Various performance techniques have been developed to providea precise description of each business. Balanced Scorecard is one of thetechniques used to measure performance based on four perspectives, namelyfinancial perspective, customer perspective, internal business processes, andlearning and growth perspective. This research was conducted to measure theperformance of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk by using the BalancedScorecard analysis. In determining the company's performance, the authors usethese data in the form of financial statements, ie balance sheet and incomestatement of the company. In addition, the authors also distributingquestionnaires to customers and employees of PT Bank Negara Indonesia(Persero) Tbk.. This can be seen from the company's financial condition in theform of ratios are in quite good. It also can be seen from the score of eachperspective through a questionnaire whose results showed a good position.
