Scientific writing is to know whether IM3 IndosatGSM card users among Students were satisfied or not with the services providedIndosat IM3, using the Likert method and chi square test tehadap fivedimensions include reliability dimensions, dimensions of responsiveness,assurance dimensions, dimensions empahaty , and dimension of tangibles.Conclusions drawn from the 100 respondents to the five dimensions and the testwas to obtain the results of the Likert Value Performance Index (Nik) average of130.86%. While for the method of Chi Square Chi Square values obtained Ï2 =106.93 Calculate greater than the top-up terminal Chi Square Table Ï2 =28.412.
