  • 摘要:As the times and the business competition that increasingly tight in recent years,encouraged writers to do research on services provided by Dindi JapaneseFusion Food Restaurant in Gajah Mada. Basically, the service quality is anabsolute requirement that must be given by the company to meet customersatisfaction diiginkan, because by maintaining excellent service quality, it canbe used as a benchmark for corporate competitiveness. And to measure levels ofsatisfaction can be measured by using chi square method and the Likert method,so results from both methods of analysis could be a reference to the position ofthe company have over its competitors, or vice versa.
