摘要：In their daily lives the word queue very often we meet. Queue queue is verylong indeed very tedious and costly. It is necessary to do an analysis of thequeue. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the queue at petrol stations34-17129 happened and to know satisfaction of the consumer in purchasing thefuel. The method used to calculate the Single Phase Multi-Channel, based on thecalculations have been done then it can be concluded that the performance ofqueues at petrol stations 34-17129 quite effectively especially during rush hour.Performance will be very efektik queue if one engine coupled to premium fuelonly. So consumers will feel the satisfaction to buy fuel and do not have toqueue too long.
