  • 摘要:Customer satisfaction is an unbeatable advantage and satisfying customers is agood defense against competition, because satisfied customers will remain loyal.The measurement of the level of customer satisfaction becomes important andvery useful for companies to evaluate their position amid the competition. Thisstudy aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction for printing services atAladdin. With this research, it can be known how the level of customersatisfaction on aspects of the services provided at Aladdin printing companywhere the research was conducted at Jl. Margonda Raya. Pondok 393 RT.04/01China, Administrative District Beji Depok City. With Charging MethodQuestionnaire survey of 100 people and the calculation of the respondents usinga five-level scale (Likert).
