摘要：In order to raise the level of sales in order to obtain higher profits in which toearn sufficient profits are not only done through installment sales. One methodto achieve a large amount of sales results and to gain profit by selling on aninstallment basis. Installment sales are sales made by agreement, whereby theseller receives payment (down payment) and the remainder can be paid inseveral installments over several months or several years in stages. To calculatethe amount of interest used different methods at the same interest rate. Themethod used is the method of fixed interest and interest annuitet. Fixed interestmethod which is also called the nominal interest rate set by the company's sizeand interest rate is usually expressed as an annual interest rate that size does notdepend on the interest rate on the market and the amount is usually fixed. Whilethe interest rate annuitet interest method is effective and the actual prevailing inthe market. Annuitet interest tends to change according to the interest rate on themarket.
