摘要：Investment feasibility studies for this purpose to know whether an investment isfeasible, and to know the payback period, the rate of profit earned. Storeopening new branches Eating Bumper based on interviews with owners, startingfrom the estimated revenues, costs, and investment. Scientific writing is todiscuss the investment appraisal methods manggunakan Payback Period (PP),the method of Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return method (IRR),the method of Average Rate of Return (ARR), and Method Profitability Index(PI) against Store opening new branches Eating Bumper. After doing researchwith the use of investment appraisal methods of opening new branches, it can beconcluded that the business is profitable and feasible to be implemented, this canbe seen from the results of the calculations that produce a positive value andexceeds standards.
