摘要:Keywords: Audit, Marketing, Customer satisfaction (customer satisfaction), SWOT Analysis ABSTRACT Marketing audit is an important activity for the company. This study aims to determine the audit process and results of marketing at PT. Nusa Raya Cipta. The result showed that the audit practice of marketing at PT. Nusa Raya Cipta carried out following the procedure of planning, preparation, execution and follow-up (audit findings). The audit findings are based on a questionnaire measuring customer satisfaction. While the marketing audit questionnaire instrument distributed researchers, the result of six components of the marketing audit and SWOT analysis is used for corrective action the company.
