摘要：In our national economic order, so in the hope that Indonesian cooperatives canoccupy an important position and status. Even the Indonesian cooperatives areexpected to be a pillar of national economy of Indonesia. SHU cooperative is acooperative revenue is obtained within one year at less cost, depreciation, taxesand other liabilities included in the financial year concerned. SHU is the amountreceived by each member will vary depending on the size of the participation ofcapital and revenue transactions on the formation of cooperative members. Thepurpose of scientific writing is to know about the influence of the number ofmembers and cooperative performance viewed in terms of revenue and net profitmargin of the division of the cooperative SHU Ciracas market traders in the year1987-2007. This means that the influence of the number of members, income,and net profit margin amounted to 72.7%.
