摘要：The forecast result is very important in the planning and supervision as well asthe declared target of future sales. Good forecasting can facilitate themanagement of production operations or in making decisions regardingelection-putusanan planning process. The capacity of the product, and forhaving the character of various decisions regarding the ongoing planning andinventory. Based on this analysis and forecasting sales Apikator Epoxy PTAlphatec Engindo in May 2006 by using the Moving Average on preiode threemonths, the results obtained by the forecast sales of 15 655 units with an errorrate of 2568.71 units. With Weight Moving Average method with weights 0.40,0.35, 0.25, then the results obtained forecasts unit sales amounted to 16062.752393.17 units with a margin of error.
