摘要：Industrial growth in the field of fast food restaurants serving food from abroadgrow like flowers, it happens because the enthusiastic Indonesian people againstfast food restaurants is enormous. One fast-food restaurants that developmentvery fast in Indonesia, namely McDonalds. But the service at fast foodrestaurant whose name is not uncommon to experience less precisely due toqueuing queuing system. In scientific writing, the author discusses about howthis process happens at the McDonalds queue Mal Depok using the formulamodel M / M / S / I / I with Single Channel Multi Method phase with the aim toanalyze the queue at the cashier so that there can be determined The optimalamount of the cash register should be operated at Depok Mall McDonalds.While on a busy day (Saturday Sunday) will be more effective and efficient toadd a checkout again into five cashier where the average number of visitors inthe queue is zero point seven eight nine (.789) people.
