摘要：If we have shares in a company, then we certainly want to know theperformance of stocks in the market and company performance. If we plan tobuy stock, then we certainly would be interested to know our rights asshareholders and the returns to be received from the shares. So in order toexamine these writers take research at PT. Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk, which isderived from company financial reports and records relating to the distributionof dividends and corporate performance. Are PT. Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk, itcan afford to pay dividends to their shareholders? Where best performance ofthe company during the year 2005-2007? And the extent of influence orrelationship between company performance against corporate dividend?
