摘要:Company as a business organization engaged in activities that have the goal ofobtaining a profit, the company must pay attention to external factors beyond thecompany's internal environment. Until now the company only focuses on thefinancial perspective alone as a measure of performance. We need a newmeasurement of the perfect place to meet the information more relevant anduseful in achieving long-term corporate goals. Balanced scorecard is amanagement system, measurement, and control the rapid, accurate andcomprehensive system can provide understanding to the manager about businessperformance. Performance measurement is looking at business units into fourperspectives, namely financial perspective, customer perspective, internalbusiness processes within companies, as well as learning and growthperspective. Research conducted at the General Hospital located on the roadZahirah Soursop Jagakarsa No. 21 South Jakarta.. From the customerperspective, the hospital is able to provide satisfaction to patients, as seen fromthe level of patient satisfaction. From the perspective of internal businessprocesses, said to be good, because the hospital continues to innovate andmaximize the operating process. And the last one from the perspective oflearning and growth in business saw an increase in the hospital to improve thecompetence of its human resources. Thus, the authors suggest that hospitalslocated in the stage of business growth continues to improve its performance inthe four perspectives and consider the application of balanced scorecard as aperformance measure and apply it to the company's strategic managementsystem.
