摘要：Investment feasibility studies on the X-fill stores Computer, aims to determinethe proper of the business expansion that will be done. Companies need to becareful in conducting the study to avoid funds that have invested in the projectsuffered a loss. In brief, the purpose is to prevent a feasibility study conductedketerlanjuran investments that are too large for the activities that were notprofitable. Investment feasibility studies in this research uses aspects of abusiness feasibility study, namely: the market and marketing aspects, technicalaspects and operations management, legal and social aspects, and financialaspects. In assessing the investment company, the writer uses the analysismethod of Net Present Value (NPV), Profitability Index (PI), payback period(PBP), and methods of the Internal Rate Of Return (IRR). 415 433 707, with anIRR of 64.11% and PI of 2.70. Of these four methods of calculating theexpansion proposal is acceptable or can be implemented.
