摘要：Scientific writing is needed to determine the feasibility of investment in PadangRestaurant Alam Raya. By using biata variable, fixed cost and revenue dataRestaurant Padang Alam Raya .. In analyzing the Investment Feasibility Studyon the natural desert highway diner based on surveys and interviews startingfrom the sales data as well as the costs incurred for processing raw materialsinto materials that are ready to eat meals at home. Feasibility studies ofinvestment in Padang Alam Raya Restaurant can be established when therestaurant universe wilderness percent on net goal should valuenya (pasitif),and amounted to USD 421 000 NPV, payback within 10 months, 2 days andwith the calculation of IRR 18.5% and the profitability index greater than 1.00(PI> 1.0), with a payback period of less than one year, the internal rate of retungreater than the required rate of return.
