  • 摘要:Analysis of consumer satisfaction at Trio Restaurant Permai aims to determinewhether consumers have been satisfied with the price, taste, facilities, comfort,cleanliness, service time, and existing services at Trio Restaurant Permai. Toanalyze the customer satisfaction, then used two methods: the method of ChiSquare. From the results obtained overall count x2 74.99 questionnaire is biggerthan X2 table for 26 296 it can be concluded that customer satisfaction withseven variables tested were the same. And the method to two with a Likertresults also showed that 60% of consumers feel satisfied, and the remainingconsumers feel quite satisfied with the seven variables. The results of bothmethods suggest that consumers have been satisfied with the facilities providedby the Trio Restaurant Permai.
