摘要：Number of individuals more than the number of service facilities may result inthe queue. The writer uses a Single Channel Phase Multi methods to determinethe level of good service to consumers, so a good level of service to consumerscan be achieved. Scientific objective of writing this is to determine the timeneeded to properly serve the consumers who pay electricity bills which isoperated in the morning until late afternoon with menggunakn method SinglePhase Multi Channel during rush hour or the hour is not busy. Based on thecalculation that has been done, it can be concluded that the service time at thePost Office Depok II melayanin optimal because consumers can properly andorderly.
