Balanced Scorecard is a concept of business performancemeasurement of financial and non financial aspects. The perspective used in theBalanced Scorecard is a financial, customer, internal business processes, andlearning and growth. The four perspectives of Balanced Scorecard offers abalanced (balanced) between short-term goals and long term, the result(outcome) you want and boosters work (performance drivers) from these results.In examining the company's performance, the author uses the data that hasbeen provided by the company. Then, the authors make comparisons with theBalanced Scorecard measurement system.. Although, for the period of collectingreceivables declined slightly. From the customer perspective can be seen thatcorporate customers are satisfied with the performance of the company. Based on the analysis of theBalanced Scorecard, firm performance is good because there is a balancebetween the four perspectives included in the Balanced Scorecard.
