摘要：The feasibility study project is a feasibility study on a business project which istypically the investment project. A feasibility study of business development atLaundry Warz MJ was aimed to see whether the development of a new mainbranch opening will be conducted and to avoid investments that are too large,causing losses. The calculation result of the financial aspects, namely: one-yearpayback period 8 months 15 days 1.00 and an IRR of 34.45% > applicableinterest rate is 7%. The calculation result of the financial aspects of these statesthat the opening of a new main branch on MJ Warz Laundry feasible andacceptable.
